BEER BREWERY We are passionate about our
beer. All of our beers are Big in Flavor and
Style. We love High Alcohol beers, but love
Flavor and Style more. We, just brew beer we love
and share it. Our Big Texas Blonde is our
“Light Beer” (with tongue in cheek) The
law states a light beer is light in color, so our
light beer is 10.55% ABV (ROTFLMAO) We brew our beer perfect to
style, but our Big Texas Blonde is the exception
to the rule. It is a high alcohol beer, but it
drinks like 6%. Based on a Belgian Strong with a
lot of Malt and a little Belgian Candi Syrup. It
may never win a medal as a Belgian beer, because
we ferment it very cold with an American Ale
yeast, giving it a clean rich flavor revealing
the Malt and Candi Syrup. We also leave it a
little sweet to mask the high Alcohol. We may be small,but we are
serious about our beer. If it is not perfect, we
